Please be aware that all goods delivered outside of the U.S. may incur additional customs, taxes and brokerage fees assessed by customs of the country the goods are entering into. These additional costs and fees are not covered under the shipping fee we assess to fill your order and are the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees to receive their shipment. Shipments that are refused with UPS upon delivery will be considered abandoned orders and they will not be returned back to our location for a refund.

Standard Delivery:

All orders shipped STANDARD delivery are typically sent via DHL@Home service for a 3-7 business day arrival time. This service utilizes both DHL and the US Postal service for handling, and depending on product availability your package will be delivered via the Post Office or DHL. All standard delivery packages can be tracked at www.dhl.com. All PO BOX addresses are also sent this type of service for delivery via the US Postal Service.

All APO, FPO and Military Address packages are sent via Priority Mail via the US Postal Service, these packages have no specific delivery time frame for delivery and once processed are handled via the Military Post. Tracking numbers are not available for these shipments as they are handled outside of regular USPS domains.

All packages being shipped to Guam, AK, PR and the US Virgin Islands are sent via Priority Mail via USPS and can be tracked at www.usps.com. 2nd DAY air is not an option for these areas.

2nd DAY AIR delivery:

All orders shipped 2ND Day Air are sent via DHL for a 2-3 business day delivery from the date the order was shipped. All orders are subject to credit card verification and approval before shipping.

Some rural routes and remote locations may not be serviced by DHL for 2nd DAY AIR and these packages will be sent via regular mail for Standard Delivery within 3- 7 business days.

All 2nd day air deliveries are made Monday thru Friday. No weekend service available.

We do not accept PO BOX addresses for 2nd day AIR.

These shipments can be tracked at www.dhl.com.

Next Day Air Delivery:

Next Day air service is not offered online and you must call Customer Service at 1-800-291-7800 to see if this service can be applied to your order. Inventory availability will determine if your order can be upgraded to Next Day air and this service can not always be provided.

Next Day air cost is an additional $15.00 plus your regular shipping cost. To get Next Day air your order must be called in and upgraded before 2pm EST.

Some rural routes and remote locations may not be serviced by DHL for Next Day AIR and these packages will be sent via regular mail for Standard Delivery within 3- 7 business days

All Next DAY air shipments are sent via DHL and are delivered Monday thru Friday. No weekend service available.

International Delivery:

All shipments sent internationally (including Canada) are shipped via UPS International and can be tracked at www.ups.com .

International shipments have no specific time frame for delivery and arrival time will depend on the destination country and its customs procedures.

All shipping fees posted online reflect our shipping charges for these shipments and do not include additional duties, customs fees or tax applied by customs when the shipment enters into the destination country. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer when receiving the goods and if the package is refused the shipment will be considered abandoned and will not be returned back to the our office for a refund.

All of our International packages are processed and invoiced with the same format of documentation and exceptions cannot be made. Each destination country has different customs requirements for shipments and the format of our invoice may on occasion not clear customs requirements for every country. If this problem occurs with your shipment we will refund this order back to your payment method and this package will either be returned back to our company or abandoned at UPS. Please be aware some countries will not allow food items, lotions and other non-clothing items to clear customs and your order may be delayed or returned if an item of this type is included in your shipment.
