All the items you "Add To Bag" will appear on screen or can be found by clicking on the Shopping Bag link found on the top of the web page.
To remove items you no longer want just click on Remove Item and that item will disappear from your shopping bag.
You may also change the quantity of items requested then hit Update and it will update your shopping bag to the new requested quantity.

If your Billing & Shipping Address are in the United States you will proceed through our normal checkout option. If your Billing OR Shipping Address is outside of the United States you will need to use our International Checkout feature.
You will need a valid email address to checkout, and this information should be entered carefully and correctly as it cannot be modified once created. If you wish to change notification emails and have them go to a new email address, you would need to create a new account or place a new order using the new email address.
Once you have selected the checkout options, you will select your shipping method and continue to confirm your order. An email will be sent to the email address entered with a confirmation of that order within 24 hrs.
All of our products are subject to availability.
Our online inventory is updated daily at 11am EST and occasionally items will appear online as available but may be out of stock or on backorder due to low quantity.
When a product is on backorder it is not charged to the customer's account until it is shipped out.
When items are backordered or sold out we will contact the customer via email to inform them of our product status so they may substitute a replacement item for something out of stock or cancel their backorder if they prefer to not wait for an item.
Backorders will be cancelled after 30 days automatically.
Credit Card Charges
Online orders are first authorized by our website and once shipped the charge will then be debited from your creditcard account. Please allow 24-48 hours for all charges to be deducted from your creditcard account once the order has shipped.
If an order or item is backordered this item is not charged to you until it is shipped and no additional shipping fees are billed (other than the original shipping charge).
Canceling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order you've just placed please call Customer Service at 1.877.APEAPOD (1.877.273.2763) as soon as possible. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled that are already in transit, and they would need to be returned or exchanged back to us.
When shipping to another address or shipping to a business, please include the Business name, floor and suite # to ensure your package is delivered on time and accurately.
At this time we can only ship to one address at checkout. If you are shopping for multiple people at different addresses, you will need to place those orders separately.

Can I buy as much as I want online?
Our merchandise is not authorized for re-sale, and purchases are limited to 4 of each style, per customer.
We do not offer bulk purchasing, franchising or wholesaling of our products within the United States.
Tax Exempt Purchases
If you are making a purchase for a tax-exempt organization or an individual who is tax exempt, please call Customer Service at 1-800-291-7800 for assistance. You will be required to fax over all tax exempt documentation to our Customer Service department before an order can be placed.
All pricing online typically reflects the prices at all of our stores. Some styles are flagged as Internet styles and may be subject to a special Internet price not offered at store locations.
